These terms govern use of the bona-agency.com website: browsing the site, reading its content, and submitting an inquiry or quote request through it. They do not govern any client engagement.

Visiting this site, submitting a contact form, or requesting a quote does not make you a client of Bona Agency and does not create any binding agreement. Quote requests go through a formal review process on our side, and an actual engagement only begins once a separate contract is signed by both parties for that specific project.

2.Information on This Site Is Indicative Only

• Service descriptions, timelines, process outlines, and any pricing indications shown on this site are estimates for general orientation, not binding offers.
• Bona may update, correct, or change any content on this site, including service descriptions and indicative pricing, at any time without notice.
• A specific, binding quote is only provided in writing following a review of your actual request, and any resulting agreement is governed by the signed project contract, not by anything shown on this website.

3.Delivery of These Terms

In line with Art. 6:233(b) and 6:234 BW, these terms are made available before or at the point a visitor submits a contact form or quote request, via a link on the relevant page.

4.Website Content & Intellectual Property

• The content of this website itself (text, design, branding, and code that make up bona-agency.com) is the property of Bona Agency, except where otherwise credited.
• Nothing on this site grants any licence to reuse Bona Agency's own branding, design system, or website content, beyond viewing it as an ordinary visitor.
• This clause concerns the website itself only. Intellectual property in any project delivered to a client is addressed exclusively in that client's signed contract, not here.

5.No Warranty on Site Availability or Accuracy

• Bona takes reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content is free of error at all times.
• Bona is not liable for any decision made in reliance on general information presented on this site, given that all such information is indicative only (§2).

6.Privacy & Cookies

7.Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from use of this website will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

This document is limited to website usage, indicative information, and the fact that no engagement begins without a signed contract. It contains no liability caps, IP transfer terms, or other substantive client-engagement clauses, so there is little for consumer-protection extension (reflexwerking, Art. 6:236/6:237 BW) to meaningfully act on here; that question is relevant to the signed project contract instead, once drafted.

Bona Agency may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you use the site applies to that visit.
